9:30 – 10:30 Family Business Meeting – voting on Officers
11:30 am Shuttle departure for Uptown Charlotte to visit Harvey B Gantt Center & Uptown

12:00 – 5:00 pm Guided Tours of the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Arts +
Culture
Lunch on your own ($) while Uptown Charlotte
5:15 pm Shuttle departs from Harvey B Gantt Center back to hotel
8:00 pm -12:00 am Banquet, Reunion Awards, Lip Sync Battle, and Dancing; Theme “Royalty
in the Queen City” so dress in your finest, royal attire”
